Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Together, we’ll create a personalized birth plan, practice comfort techniques, and help you feel confident in making informed decisions during pregnancy andlabor. Whether you’re preparing for a hospital birth, birth center, or home birth, I’ll be there to support you and your partner every step of the way.
Postpartum Doula Support
The early days of parenthood can be exhausting and overwhelming. I’m here to step in with gentle, practical support by helping with feedings, soothing, babywearing, or simply making sure you get a shower and a warm meal. I help take care of the small things around the house like dishes, laundry and meal prep so you can focus on healing, resting, and bonding. I’ll help you build confidence in caring for your baby. Whether it’s feeding support, soothing techniques, or simply creating space for you to recover, I’m there to make this transition smoother for your whole family.
Lactation Couseling
Feeding your baby can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re facing challenges in the early days, or adjusting your feeding plan months later. Together we can work through latching and positioning, understanding infant hunger cues, building and maintaining your milk supply. Pumping schedules, flange fitting, and safe milk storage, bottle introduction, paced feeding and navigating weaning whenever the time is right for your family
My goal is to help you feed your baby with confidence whether that’s at the breast, with pumped milk, formula, or a combination that works best for your family.
Sleep Consulting
When your baby isn’t sleeping well, the whole family feels it. As a certified sleep consultant, I work with you to create a safe, sustainable sleep plan that’s tailored to your baby’s age, temperament, and your parenting style.
Together we can work on understanding normal infant and toddler sleep patterns, creating age-appropriate nap schedules and bedtime routines. Reducing night wakings and extending stretches of sleep. Teaching self-soothing in ways that align with your comfort level. Making gentle transitions, like moving from bassinet to crib or dropping night feeds. Troubleshooting challenges like early morning wakings or short naps, and more.
